All treatments must be paid for prior to or on day of treatment.
Any treatment cancelled within 24 hours of appointment will be charged in full.
Discounts do not apply to any botox treatments.
Full medical details must be provided to the practitioner including, medication current and past medical history so a proper assessment of treatment can take place. Failure to do so will effect your treatment and leave you unable to claim should the need arise.
Treatments can only be provided to those over 18 years of age - proof of age may be required prior to any treatments being carried out.
Full consent must be signed at point of treatment and any questions regarding the treatment asked prior to consent.
