What is Profhilo Structura?

Profhilo Structura is an advanced, heat-stabilised hyaluronic acid (HA) injectable (90 mg total HA per 2 ml syringe: 45 mg high molecular weight + 45 mg low molecular weight, using patented NAHYCO® technology). Unlike the original Profhilo (which focuses on skin hydration and bio-remodeling in the dermis), Structura is specifically designed to regenerate and reposition superficial facial fat compartments (adipose tissue). It activates aging fat cells to restore volume, support, and firmness in areas affected by age-related atrophy, without adding artificial volume like fillers. It promotes natural tissue restoration for improved facial contours and lift.

Aftercare

• Best for age-related fat loss and structural support (not severe sagging—may combine with HIFU or threads).
• Differs from original Profhilo (dermis-focused hydration) and fillers (no artificial plumping). Often combined with original Profhilo, Sunekos, or skin boosters for comprehensive rejuvenation.
• Not suitable if pregnant/breastfeeding, active infections, certain autoimmune conditions, or HA hypersensitivity—full medical history required.
